An important point is that if we have a calm brain, that in itself switches abundance on. It means we think better about abundance, notice opportunities better, think more clearly and make better life decisions.
To calm the brain is all about doing certain self-love exercises. Like telling yourself in the mirror that you love yourself. Or getting a good hug from your partner or close friend. This has the effect of healing your mind, and makes you a more calmer, collected, happier person.
